Onward / Third-Country Ticket Required
When entering the Philippines, you must hold a ticket departing from the Philippines to a third country after your stay ends.
If the end date of your study program is not yet decided, buy a ticket that leaves the Philippines to a third country on any date, then cancel the purchase as soon as you arrive in the Philippines.
Most airlines offer a 100% refund if you cancel within 24 hours of purchase. (Policies differ slightly between airlines, so please check the rules carefully.)

If you arrange your own transport:
Please inform the academy of your estimated arrival time. The academy manager will be waiting at the entrance to guide you to your room.
Search for "HARA AND HANAH INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY" on Grab Taxi.
No need to pack heavy. Water, detergent, fruit, and more are available cheaply at SM Mall.
If you choose a family room in the on-campus dormitory, it has a sink and comes equipped with the following cooking tools:
Other utensils you may need (spoons, chopsticks, forks, knives, ladles, etc.) can be brought with you or purchased locally.
Students who do not choose a family room can also cook 24 hours a day in the shared kitchen next to the cafeteria, which is likewise equipped with an electric induction cooktop, frying pan, and pot.
A group chat will be created with the student, agency representative, and HANA Academy manager to ensure smooth communication throughout your stay.
This chat will be used for important announcements, schedule updates, and any questions you may have before and during your program.
If you send your pre-level test results through the group chat, the academy will use them as a reference when planning the group class schedule.
