Payment & Refund Policy
- The hotel package requires a full payment for a four-week hotel reservation upon registration.
- Tuition is subject to a separate tuition refund policy.
- From the registration date to 30 days prior to check-in date: 50% refund
- 29 – 15 days prior: 30% refund
- 14 – 7 days prior to check-in: 15% refund
- 6 days or less prior to check-in: No refund
